BARANGAY MANGANDINGAY
Brief Description
Barangay Mangandingay was created as regular barangay on April 29, 1941 under REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3590. It has a land Area of 500 hectares more or less. It has a population of 3584 population according to 2022 Community Based Monitoring System.
Brief History
Mangandingay was named raised from the ilocano word “ANDINGAY”, the word “MANG-ANDINGAY” is a sign of too much HOSPITALITY among the first inhabitants in the barangay who are ever willing to help and condole.

The Barangay, through the active participation of the people, will work for the attainment of unity, solidarity, peace and responsible Progress and development.
Vision
Mangandingay will be a sustainably progressive, self reliant, peace loving, environment friendly and take lead in the promotion of the general well being of its constituents.
