Cabarroguis, Quirino
Barangay Mangandingay was created as regular barangay on April 29, 1941 under REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3590. It has a land Area of 500 hectares more or less. It has a population of 3584 population according to 2022 Community Based Monitoring System. Mangandingay was named raised from the ilocano word “ANDINGAY”, the word “MANG-ANDINGAY” is a sign of too much HOSPITALITY among the first inhabitants in the barangay who are ever willing to help and condole.
