BRIEF HISTORY
It was year 1976 when a land blesses with natural resources susch as beautiful caves, virgin forst, fland land for farming and rich, clean water supply named Daldalayap, del Pilar, Cabarroguis, Quirino.
Later , a small purok was formed and they planned to change the name of this place. Among choices were Paraiso, Riverside, Villa Aquinde, Liwayway, Stonehills and Sto. Domingo. Whereby the name STO. DOMIGO won with massive votes.
1984, the Municipal Mayot of Cabarroguis, Hon. Herminiano Barcela changed Sto. Domingo to VILLA BARCELA but decided to bring back to its original name Sto. Domingo.
