Barangay Villarose
Brief History
Barangay Villarose is registered Barangay during the year 1975 was adopted from the name of the the late Barangay Captain, GAUDENCIO VILORIA, the world Villa and Rose was the name of the the wife SILVERIO PASCUA, the municipal mayor of diffun. The place was claimed by two municipalities Diffun and Cabarroguis. The Barangay officials who led first was the late former Barangay Captain Gaudencio Viloria, followed by the late Barangay Captain EUGENIO DOMINGO, followed by the late former Barangay Casptain MARCELO BULAGSAY, followed by the late former Barangay Captain, FELIX PADAO, followed by former captain GAUDENCIO BULAGSAY, followed by the former captain JOHNNY BAYBAYAN, and the present Barangay Captain GAUDENCIO BULAGSAY.

To have a better quality of life and a peaceful barangay.

1. A peaceful and progressive barangay, sustained by god fearing, law abiding, cooperative and environment friendly constituents.
2. A Producer of quality agroforest products with proper management of forest by the fearing and healthy resilient secured community led by morally upright leaders.
